dr. Hana Edwar leads INAVIMED as Director, where she coordinates research programs and drives strategic medical initiatives to advance innovation in healthcare. With a background in clinical research at RPRI, she has contributed to clinical trial operations with strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, alongside frontline healthcare experience at both hospital and primary care levels. Her academic work includes a systematic review and meta-analysis on genetic variations and meningioma risk. Certified in GCP, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, dr. Edwar combines clinical knowledge, operational expertise, and scientific rigor to position INAVIMED at the forefront of impactful health research.

Taufiqurrahman

Taufiqurrahman brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in finance, administration, and human capital management across banking, pension funds, and nonprofit organizations. His career includes key roles at Bank Mandiri Pension Fund as Division Head of Membership and Finance & Operations, where he successfully improved cost efficiency, implemented compensation and benefits systems, and managed services for tens of thousands of members. He has also held finance and administration leadership positions at EOCRU Jakarta (Oxford University clinical research unit), Lunafa Group, and Yayasan RPRI. Certified in Human Capital Management and Risk Management, he combines deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and HR systems with a proven track record of organizational transformation. At INAVIMED, he provides strategic financial and administrative oversight, ensuring strong governance and operational sustainability.

dr. Farchan Azzumar, M.Epid

dr. Farchan Azzumar, M.Epid is a physician and clinical epidemiologist with over six years of experience leading vaccine clinical trials, real-world effectiveness studies, and public health research in Indonesia and internationally. As Head of Research and Development at the Respiratory Programmatic Implementation and Research Institute (RPRI), he has overseen groundbreaking projects including the M72 TB vaccine trial, COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness studies, and multicenter clinical trials during the pandemic. His research has been published in leading journals such as PLOS One and JMIR Research Protocols. With advanced training in clinical epidemiology from Universitas Indonesia and ongoing studies in public administration at Tsinghua University, Dr. Azzumar bridges science and policy to drive evidence-based innovation in health systems.

Pratiwi Wahyuni safeguards INAVIMED’s financial health with nearly two decades of expertise in accounting, investment analysis, and nonprofit financial governance. Her career spans corporate finance roles at PT. WinPlus Capital and ZTE Agribussiness Indonesia, where she managed financial systems and investment strategies, to leading finance operations at global health NGOs including Yayasan KNCV Indonesia and RPRI. At INAVIMED, she ensures transparency, compliance, and strategic financial planning, giving partners and investors confidence in the organization’s accountability and long-term sustainability. Her leadership in finance allows INAVIMED to focus on what matters most: delivering measurable impact in health research and innovation.

dr. Eghar Anugrapaksi
Head of Clinical Operation
dr. Eghar Anugrapaksi dr. Eghar Anugrapaksi is a medical doctor with extensive experience in clinical research, project management, and team leadership. As Head of Clinical Operations at INAVIMED, he oversees the design and execution of research activities, ensuring scientific integrity and operational efficiency. He previously served at the Respiratory Programmatic Implementation and Research Institute (RPRI), where he coordinated clinical studies and led cross-functional teams in respiratory health projects. Beyond his clinical and research expertise, dr. Anugrapaksi has been recognized nationally for his leadership, winning the Indonesia Young Thought Leader award on Environment and being a finalist in the Nutrifood Leadership Award. With strong skills in statistical analysis, systematic reviews, and scientific writing, he brings both technical depth and leadership acumen to INAVIMED’s mission of advancing health innovation.

dr. Prasetio Wardoyo
Clinical Operation
dr. Prasetio Wardoyo is a physician with strong expertise in medical research, scientific writing, and clinical operations. At INAVIMED, he contributes to the Clinical Operations Division, supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of respiratory and infectious disease studies. His prior work at RPRI focused on tuberculosis and respiratory research, where he developed skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and health advocacy. He has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in Molecular and Clinical Oncology, Open Access Macedonian Journal of Medical Sciences, and Acta Medica Indonesiana. With a medical degree from Universitas Indonesia and experience across both research and policy spaces, dr. Wardoyo strengthens INAVIMED’s ability to translate science into actionable evidence.

dr. Pandu Satya Widiarto

dr. Pandu Satya Widiarto is a physician with multidisciplinary expertise spanning clinical research, public health communication, and government-level coordination. As Head of the External Division at INAVIMED, he leads strategic partnerships, advocacy efforts, and external engagement to amplify the organization’s impact. He previously served as National Study Coordinator at RPRI, managing large-scale research initiatives in tuberculosis and respiratory health, and earlier as Personal Physician to the Governor of DKI Jakarta, where he gained unique experience navigating public health policy at the highest level. His background also includes clinical service as an ER and ward doctor, complemented by awards in emergency response and international quality improvement forums. Skilled in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), advocacy strategy, and media engagement, Dr. Widiarto bridges science, policy, and communication to position INAVIMED as a trusted partner in public health innovation.

dr. Anandya Naufal R. is a physician with a unique blend of expertise in clinical research coordination and health communication. As part of INAVIMED’s External Division, he supports strategic outreach, advocacy, and public engagement, while also contributing to research on tuberculosis vaccine studies, including follow-up work on the M72 vaccine trial. His experience spans frontline clinical service as an ER doctor at RSUD Pantura MA Sentot Patrol and a Polyclinic Doctor at Puskesmas Anjatan, alongside roles at RPRI in trial coordination and scientific communication. In addition, he serves as Director of TBTV, a digital media platform for tuberculosis awareness. With certifications in GCP, ICH compliance, international vaccinology, and advanced life support, Dr. Rahadhi bridges rigorous clinical research with community-level impact, reinforcing INAVIMED’s mission of innovation and advocacy.
